From an idea to a real project.

Demo content: this article is an example and does not represent a real project.

Define a small problem

A project does not need to begin with a grand plan. Describing one small problem clearly can be more useful than deciding every feature at once.

Make something testable

Build a simple version that can be experienced, then refine it through feedback. Each experiment can make the next decision clearer.

Keep the process

Document open questions and the reasons behind changes. The finished work matters, but so does the path taken to get there.
